From Mouse Ears To T-Rex Cheers: Your Guide To A Whole food, Healthy Lifestyle with Dinos, Disney and DumbbellsAbout MollysADinosaur's Blog Welcome to MollysADinosaur, a space within "In The Mind Of Molly" that is dedicated to me and sharing my journey and passions with all of you. It’s about embracing a healthy lifestyle while celebrating the things that make us happy. For me, that mostly comes from fitness, whole foods, and a touch of Disney magic. As an introduction to this blog, I thought I’d let you know what sorts of things you might find along the way. Fitness: Being active from a very young age, fitness has always been a love of mine. Most of the time, my workout routine involves lifting weights and hitting our home gym however there is much more to my active lifestyle. I trained in kickboxing from ages 7 to 20, achieving my second dan, and I enjoy hitting the boxing bag whenever I can. In the winter, ice skating takes over my life from the middle of November to the start of January, there is a great community and atmosphere there. Most recently, I’ve started to get into doing a lot more mountain biking, finding new places to go and explore. During the summer, paddle boarding and sea swims become more frequent as the weather picks up. But that’s just a small snippet of the different activities I get up to. I'm always more than willing to give something a go even if I'm not that good at it. From dumbbells to dinosaurs, I want to share it all and inspire you. Healthy Living: Health is one of those things you can’t just buy; you have to invest time and energy to achieve the results you want. It’s not just about a diet you follow for a month—it’s a whole lifestyle change. It’s about creating balance not only in your diet but also in the busy world of life. My opinion on foods has changed over the years and I think will forever continue to grow and adapt. I want to share with you delicious healthy recipes and the best ways to fuel your body. Using a a whole food, animal based diet, we’ll go back to our roots while remembering it’s okay to treat yourself. Lifestyle: As this blog is about me sharing my passions and interests, I might as well take you on my adventures, travels, and everyday shenanigans from time to time. Maybe I’ll inspire you! It's all about creating a lifestyle that suits you and your day to day activities but also about making your life the best it can be. That's just what I'm trying to do myself and I want to share that journey. Maybe you will relate to what I have to say, maybe it will inspire you to start your own journey or maybe you wont care what I have to say. Disney: I blame my mom for this one, but I am one big and proud Disney nerd. It’s been a huge part of my life since I was born, so sharing it seems right thing to do. Whether I share some park tips, some favourite movie moments or get a little nostalgic, it's just another thing that makes me, me.
